We shall learn about important artists from this region of rich cultural heritage, such as Kazimir Malevich, Constantin Brancusi, Tristan Tzara, Laszlo Moholy-Nagy, Sonia Delaunay and Marina Abramovic. We shall also look into the turbulent political and cultural context in the region that shaped artistic practices in the 20th century, this series will cover key themes and artists from the burgeoning art scene of Central Eastern Europe.
